TIME LIMIT RULES:

1. Time starts from immediately after the announcer has announced the act on stage and pushed play, if a Studio has requested a "cue" this cue time is included in the maximum time limit allowed.

2. Solos max time limit is 3.00 minutes (song & dance is 3.30 minutes) - points will be deducted if over time

3. Groups max time limit is 5.00 minutes - points will be deducted if over time

4. Duo/Trios are all 3.00 minutes max - points will be deducted if over time

5. Any silence at the end of a track will be removed and background music will fade in

6. Any silence at the start of a track counts towards the time allowed

7. Background music will automatically fade in once the track has ended

8. Stage helpers have 1 minute to put any props on stage, or off stage after the act has finished (for Group acts we can be flexible depending on the routine and timing on the day)

9. A routine may only be performed TWICE during the entire event (except Gala). Competitors must not repeat the same dance (track) more than 2 times (including if its a different costume)

$10 charge per upload if submitting AFTER this deadline

Please make sure you label your tracks with the number of the Act and details as per the example on the form.

You will receive an email with all your tracks submitted (check your junk/spam mail - we wont resend them)
