WORLD FINALS

​Dancers can qualify for our World Finals in December 2026 in Malaysia.

​

REGO ADMIN FEE

This is compulsory for each dancer and covers all viewing, digital program production and delivery, public liability insurance, plus the increase in administration due to current global events. Please note this fee is non-refundable for such instances as "change of mind", "conflict of other events on at the time", "no show" etc - Injuries we can accommodate with transfers to other events

PROGRAM - FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

Please ensure to check the program draft and make sure your child is in the correct age group (age is based on the start day of each regional for solos, duos, trios. Also check for spelling and correct styles. email info@gtbdance.com if you see any issues.

*Any changes AFTER the program has been numbered and finalised will incur a $5 per change charge

 

MUSIC - FREE at GTB!!

We will ask for you to upload your music via your performer portal prior to each competition, notification will be sent 1-2 weeks before the start date once programs have been numbered. If you have entered multiple GTB Regionals you will need to do this for EACH regional as the competitor numbers will be different for each one. 
WE DO NOT PLAY CD’S, USE USBs, OR PLAY OFF WHATSAPP AT GTB EVENTS

*If you do not submit your music before the deadline a $5 per act charge will result.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Please note, GTB and Supreme events are prepared months in advance, your entries into our events weeks or months before we run them are invested into an entire year of tour which may include - Prizes, Non refundable Venue Deposits, Staff Travel and Accommodation, Flooring, Judges and their travel, Fixtures, Administration, etc. 

• No refunds are given for change of mind, other commitments, or clash with another competition.

• If a dancer becomes injured, an event transfer will become available, or credit for the following year will apply. Medical proof will be required.

• If GTB is forced to cancel an event (State or Federal Government direction or venue enforced cancellation) the event will become an online regional and we will accept old videos or newly created studio or home videos from dancers.

JUDGES AUDIO FEEDBACK

Will be accessible immediately (if wifi is good) into your performer portals.

 

ARRIVAL

Doors will open approx 30 minutes to one hour before start time each day. Please check program and arrive a good time before your child is scheduled to dance.

 

VIEWING

There will be a small door fee for viewing for all audience.

 

PHOTOS/VIDEOS

These will all be instant and can be purchased at the event itself FOR MOST REGIONALS.

AWARDS PROCESS

At GTB we work on a National scoring system with 4 levels, each dancer will receive a prize based on their level and placing in their section. 

​

REGIONAL AWARDS SYSTEM
All solo sections: 1st place: Custom GTB Award, 2nd/3rd place: GTB Custom Mega Medal
4th place onwards (eg everyone else in the section): Custom GTB medallion.

All performances will be announced with the corresponding scoring level at awards time (HIGH GOLD (0-80) PLATINUM (81-90) DBL PLATINUM (90-95) DIAMOND (95-100) (BLACK DIAMOND AWARDS ARE EXCLUSIVE TO GTB FINALS)

• HIGH GOLD will not qualify you for GTB Finals

• PLATINUM will qualify you for GTB Finals and World Finals

• DBL PLATINUM will qualify you for GTB Finals and World Finals, plus the prestigious Champion of Champions sections

• DIAMOND will qualify you for GTB Finals and World Finals, plus the prestigious Champion of Champions sections

HIGH POINT: Judge discretion based on score levels as to how many of these are handed out on stage. This is taken from general solo sections only (not including My First Solo, Beginner, Mr/Miss GTB, Champion solo and Duo/Trio sections). Age Champion and Runner Up are determined from this.

​

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For our recap posts on social media, we announce the specialty award winners, Best in Style (general solo sections only), Miss/Mr GTB, Aggregate Soloist, Age Champions, Dream Jr and Overall Highest Scoring Soloist. The Overall Highest Scoring Soloist could be from any section, so could even be a dancer that didn't win age champion (as it can be from the Champion sections that don't go towards the age champion)

New rule going forward – If you are not present for your awards – you do not receive them. Please nominate someone else to collect on your behalf, we will not go back through and find what you didn’t collect after awards have been completed on stage.

​

For Solos/Duos/Trios you will compete at Finals as at the age you first qualified and entered finals in the 2026 season (irrespective of age at next regional – unless you did not enter at the time of qualifying younger)

This is all written on the Certificates when you receive them.

 

FINALS QUALIFYING

Solos – to qualify for National sections, Dancer must receive a Platinum, Double Platinum or Diamond score and receive a Golden Ticket, or receive a Golden Ticket if the judge feels they can perform at Nationals. 
Duos/Trios – to qualify for Nationals, 1st-3rd finish is necessary
Groups – to qualify – 1st-5th finish is necessary and 1 for 1 qualifying is allowed, meaning if you qualify for 5 routines in groups you can enter 10 at Nationals.
